Thomas Oliver
As a member of IMI’s team since 2007, Thomas has helped bring the company’s products through several design iterations and has been integral to the company’s domestic and international business development efforts. In 2008, Thomas was featured as one of LA’s top 10 most innovative nonprofit thinkers at USC’s first annual Social Innovation Fast Pitch Competition.  Thomas’ work experience ranges from work with Merrill Lynch in the mutual fund arena to work with computational fluid dynamics in government funded research projects with high speed ballistic vehicles. Thomas is the past President of the Caltech student club Intelligent Mobility that brings together students to work on the design and implementation of appropriate mobility devices and is interested in using his knowledge to help find permanent solutions to some of the developing world's problems. He earned a B.S. Mechanical Engineering and Business, Economics and Management and is a Masters candidate at the University of California at Santa Barbara’s Global and International Affairs Program.
